Job Descriptions
Fashion Marketing: Job Description: The company is looking for an intern to assist executing short and
long term marketing goals including: event planning, weekly mailers, ads, client relationships, social
media marketing, store and product line merchandising, client presentations and product launches.
Required skills and qualifications for the position are: – Must be responsible, detail oriented and
outgoing – Computer savvy and it is helpful to have Adobe Suite experience – Fashion or retail interest
or experience This is a hands on job experience with real responsibility. The position is full-time, 3
consecutive days per week 9:30-4:30 and is unpaid.
Graphic Design: Job Description: Graphic Design Intern will assist in developing all marketing collateral
and advertising for the company’s 4 brands. Assist with revision press and marketing packages for all
brands and updating websites. Photo assistance and editing for web products. Job Requirements: – Must
be responsible, detail oriented and outgoing – Understanding of print coordination – Photography and
photo editing experience – Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and preferably have
web experience This is a hands on job experience with real responsibility. The position is full-time, 3
consecutive days per week 9:30-4:30 and is unpaid.
Fashion Design and Product Development: Job Description: Intern will assist Creative Director and
Designers with product development, design and production for all of the companies brands and our
private label production. The position will be direct experience from design/collection inspiration,
conceptualization through manufacturing in-house of finished product to sales in a retail store. Position
Requirements: – Must be responsible, detail oriented and outgoing – Ability to create fashion renderings
and flats – Advanced sewing skills & garment construction knowledge – Pattern making experience This is
a hands on job experience with real responsibility. The position is full-time, 3 consecutive days per week
9:30-4:30 and is unpaid.
Fashion Merchandising: Job Description: S.V.A. Holdings Corporation is looking for an intern to assist
in the following areas: – Must be responsible, detail oriented and outgoing – Store merchandising and
visual display assistance – Event planning assistance – Client presentation design support – Web store
photos and merchandising support – General design and store support This is a hands on job experience
with real responsibility. The position is full-time, 3 consecutive days per week 9:30-4:30 and is unpaid.
Retail Operations: Job Description: S.V.A. Holdings is seeking an intern to assist in
the day to day operations of our retail store. The position will be direct experience in all aspects of the
store from merchandising plans, window display, event preparation, and creating operation systems
within the framework of our company. Intern will directly assist the principals of the business. Must be
responsible, detail oriented and outgoing. This is a hands on job experience with real responsibility. The
position is full-time, 3 consecutive days per week 9:30-4:30 and is unpaid.
